Families with many children have a priority right to receive a soft loan for the construction or reconstruction of housing. 40 years is the maximum period for which a soft loan for housing is provided.

Parents of three or more children are entitled to a 50% discount when paying for meals in kindergartens, when purchasing teaching aids for school, free meals at school, and also for free education of children in an art school.

To receive benefits for paying for meals in kindergarten, you must write an application addressed to the director of a preschool educational institution, providing the following documents:

– certificate of a large family;

– certificate of residence and family composition.

To qualify for free school meals, you must write an application addressed to the principal of the school, attaching the above documents.

Labor preferences

Families raising three or more children under 16 are entitled to employment privileges. So, if a parent is busy 5 or 6 days a week at work, then he is given one paid day off from work every week.

To receive a paid day off from work, the employee should apply to the employer. Attached to the application are:

– birth certificates of children;

– certificate of residence and family composition;

– employment document of the other parent.

The head of the organization in which the employee who has the right to a paid day off works issues an appropriate order within 3 days.

Other benefits for large families

Mothers of many children are entitled to benefits in the field of notary services, the right to early retirement, and the right to receive free meals for children under 2 years of age.

To obtain food for children from 0 to 2 years old, you must contact the authority for labor, employment and social protection at the place of registration of the parent. When applying, you must provide a certificate from a pediatrician. Food is provided for every 6 months of a child’s life up to 2 years.
